Lucas Treasure was founded in 2023 to invest our own balance sheet — and selectively co-invest with a small circle of aligned partners — into the next generation of category-defining companies.
We are not a fund, and we don't behave like one. There is no committee, no clock, no pressure to deploy. We move quickly when we have conviction and pass quickly when we don't. Founders get a clear answer either way.

Seed through Series B for primary equity. Growth and special situations considered case-by-case. Open to safes, equity, convertibles, and bespoke structures.
Typically $250K to $5M. We can lead small rounds, follow institutional leads, or syndicate a larger check with our co-investor network.

Day 0We read every submission. You receive a clear yes / no / not-now within one week.
≤ 7 daysIf there's fit, we meet for a working session — questions, references, and honest dialogue.
Week 2Focused diligence, term sheet, and wire. We typically close in two to four weeks from first meeting.
Week 3–6Submit a Deal
